How are orders shipped?
All orders are prepared, packed, inspected and shipped out from your nearest warehouse to make sure the fastest delivery time. We use many couriers and international transportation services to ensure coverage 200 countries and terrorities. If you are outside of our reach, we will contact you.
Each time order shipped, a tracking code will be sent to your email automatically, and you can use this to track the progress of shipment, and follow the estimation of delivery time.
How long does it take to deliver your order?
It takes 1-2 days for order processing, it’s time for our people to prepare, packed and inspect the products before shipping.
Transit time normally from 4 days to 21 days for a shipment to arrive your place. But sometime, the stock in nearest warehouse is low, and we have to fulfill your order with stock from other warehouses. In that case, the delivery time will be longer. The delivery time will be notified with the tracking code.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, of course. Please inform us when you order if you want express shipping such as Fedex or UPS. But please note the cost of shipping is more expensive than normal shipping method, sometime it can double or triple the value of products.
What happen if my package not yet arrived?
Don’t worry! It may simply be a mistake in delivery. While waiting, you can support us by checking around your mailbox, porch, any hidden areas, your neighbors, other people at your home to see if the postman deliver it or not. You can also check with local post office. Please note that sometime the delivery might later than expected date due to custom clearance process or processing in couriers hub.
After 45 days if the shipment not yet arrived, thanks to email us or drop a message in “Contact us” page, we will process the full refund to you and start an investigation with the couriers.
What happens if my things came damaged?
This is the case that most of us don’t want it happen. If you can, please reach out to us right away with the clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll begin to process a free reshipment for those things for you!
