Orders and Shipping
After purchased, order takes about 1-2 days for processing (packing, handling) and then ship. Transit time normally about 4 to 21 days to reach your location
We have a button on the top right corner for My Account or Register/Login. You can register an account by clicking on that button
We can support only if the shipment still in our hands, in processing time. After that, we cannot ask the courier to recall the shipment back. Therefore we cannot support you changing the address after the processing time. You can change the address by dropping us an email at [email protected]
We will send you an email to notify the new status of your order and a link that you can track the status of your order, the current location with updated information from courier.
We do not keep any payment information (credit card information) in our system. Your credit card information is processed in secure by payment gateway Paypal and 2Checkout
We do not charge sale tax
We use many couriers and international transportation services to ensure coverage 200 countries and terrorities. If you are outside of our reach, we will contact you.
We will try the best to combine all of your items in one package.
Normally your items will be shipped from nearest warehouse. For example if you are in US, we will ship from US warehouse.
But sometimes, when stock level in your nearest warehouse is not enough, we have to ship from other locations. Therefore your items could arrive in more than one package
